New Home Construction

We’ll guide you and your household staff through all of your home’s operating systems and intricacies. In addition, we provide in-depth resource materials that clearly document your home’s details ranging from paint colors to electronic control systems. John Schultz and the entire Schultz Development team will be available for many years after you move in to answer questions and assist you in anyway possible.

Remodels and Additions

We have an extensive remodeling portfolio. Schultz will manage all aspects of your project to ensure success and satisfaction. Our goal is to understand how you plan to use your new space. With this knowledge, we inspect and analyze your home’s existing condition in order to make feasible and innovative recommendations. We can also consult on new design ideas. Schultz approaches remodeling projects with the same thoroughness and quality as new construction. Any work performed on your home will be to code and completed on time and on budget. Depending on the scope and size of your remodel, you may decide to stay in your home or temporarily reside elsewhere. Whichever works best for your situation, our crews will be respectful of your home and your personal space.

Design/Build Coordination

Clients often retain Schultz Development in advance of the architect. In this scenario, we will work with you to find an architect that suits your style and requirements. As the design/builder, we take responsibility for both the design as well as the construction process. Some clients prefer this delivery method because it puts a single entity in charge of creating, organizing and managing the project from start to finish. We can recommend several excellent Valley architects that specialize in custom homebuilding; the same is true for interior designers. However we approach your project, our end goals are always the same—build a superior home and create a great experience along the way.
